Welcome to Elite Safety Training Services. By using our website, contacting us, registering for training, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Services

Our services may include OSHA training, MSHA training, First Aid/CPR/AED, DOT Defensive Driving, HAZWOPER and Hazmat, Scaffold User Training, Fall Protection, Confined Space Training, and customized safety programs.

Course availability, schedules, pricing, locations, and requirements may change.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to damage or disrupt the website
  • Copy or reuse our content without permission
  • Use our materials for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We may restrict access if these terms are violated.

3. Training Registration

Submitting an inquiry or requesting a consultation does not create a confirmed booking.

Training is confirmed only after the course, date, location, number of participants, pricing, and payment terms are agreed upon.

Participants must provide accurate registration information.

4. Attendance and Completion

Participants must attend the required training, follow instructor directions, and complete any applicable assessments or practical activities.

Late arrival, early departure, missed instruction, unsafe behavior, or failure to meet course requirements may result in the participant not receiving a certificate or completion record.

Attendance alone does not guarantee successful completion.

5. Certificates

Certificates or completion documents are provided only when applicable and after all course requirements are met.

Replacement certificates may require identity verification and may include an administrative fee.

Training completion does not guarantee employment, licensing, regulatory approval, or acceptance by every employer.

6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers remain responsible for workplace safety, hazard identification, employee supervision, personal protective equipment, job-specific instruction, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Our training supports safety and compliance efforts but does not replace an employer’s legal responsibilities.

7. Payments

Training fees, deposits, due dates, taxes, travel costs, and other charges will be provided in a quote, invoice, or registration confirmation.

Payment may be required before training begins.

Failure to pay may result in cancellation, postponement, or withholding of certificates.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms may be provided in your quote, invoice, or booking confirmation.

Late cancellations, no-shows, customized materials, travel costs, or third-party fees may be non-refundable.

We may cancel or reschedule training because of instructor illness, severe weather, unsafe conditions, low enrollment, travel disruption, or circumstances outside our control.

When possible, we may offer a new date, credit, transfer, or refund of the applicable training fee.

9. Participant Conduct and Safety

Participants must behave professionally and follow all safety instructions.

We may remove a participant for:

  • Unsafe behavior
  • Harassment or threats
  • Disruption
  • Substance impairment
  • Refusal to follow instructions
  • Cheating or falsifying records
  • Damage to property

Removal for these reasons may not qualify for a refund.

10. Personal Protective Equipment

Participants or employers may be required to provide appropriate personal protective equipment for practical training.

Participants without required equipment may not be allowed to take part in certain activities.

11. Training Materials and Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, presentations, documents, images, branding, and original resources belong to Elite Safety Training Services or their respective owners.
